Valley of Decision

Good afternoon everyone!!! I trust you are having an awesome day, I know I am. I have travelled just short of 1200 miles on a bicycle over that last 30 days. I know, I can’t believe it either! It is amazing what we can do when we put our minds to something. God has created us with so much that I don’t think we even come close to tapping into our abilities. When we challenge ourselves in things that are beyond what we think is doable, it changes everything about you. Your thinking begins to be more creative, and you look for other ways to complete what you’ve started. You find yourself, when talking to others that are being challenged, all you want to do is encourage them and let them know they can do it.

I have to say this has been a very eye-opening experience for me. Not only getting to do this ride but to be able to help out people that want to adopt children. I am going to chronicle later about some of the amazing people I have met along the way – some of the stories are really great!

A couple of days ago I crossed the Mississippi and have been sitting for two days watching it pour down rain! So, after much prayer and discussion with the lovely and gracious Linda Johnson, I have decided to end the bike ride part of my journey here in Walcott, IA. I am going to be getting a car and head to my final point at 9th Ave and Kimbark St. in Longmont, CO. I intend to pray and believe God for greater things when it comes to adoption and to end abortions forever! This does not mean that we don’t need the donations, WE DO! There are lots of people who want to adopt that just can’t afford the high costs. We can help!!! We will be doing other things to raise funds through Adoption not Abortion in the future. Or if you want to do something as a challenge through Adoption not Abortion we would love to come along side and help.

Thank you so much for the support you all are AWESOME!!! But stay tuned -- I will be in Colorado in a couple of weeks! If you are from that area, I would love to see you there when we pray. I will give you a solid date in about a week or so. I'll be posting that right here and keeping you updated as to where I am ... just not riding a bike.

Blessings, Randy
